The build proceeds in stages. It starts with a simple units table and staff login, then adds a tenants table linked to units, and finally a maintenance request table with a workflow that emails the manager when a tenant submits a request. The creator also advises building on top of an existing project rather than restarting conversations, which throws away context the model has built up.
