The video works through a series of connected demos built around a fictional car wash business: generating a brand guideline doc, building a pitch deck that simultaneously pulls from a startup-cost spreadsheet and a business partner’s email, converting that deck into a narrated video via Google Vids, and auto-generating a correctly formatted invoice by reading a client email thread for billing details. Each step shows how Workspace Intelligence chains actions across multiple apps without manual copying or re-uploading context.

Lipsky also covers the new Projects feature inside Google Drive, which allows users to aggregate related files and emails into a focused knowledge base for targeted Gemini conversations — effectively creating a scoped RAG environment within native Google tooling.
