There is a 3 step sequence that companies should adopt when implementing smart AI systems in their business. It involves:
1. Finding the bottleneck: what is waiting on you to get done – where are you the constraint
2. Document it: write down the exact process you go through in doing this manually, today
3. Automate 1 aspect of it with AI: don’t try to tackle everything at once. Pick one high-leverage thing, and nail it first. Get your time back, and then iterate.
