Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of frontiermodels.cc (the “Site”) and the Frontier Models show and clips we publish there and on social platforms (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by interScope LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The show

Frontier Models is an entertainment and commentary program in which AI characters, each running on a different AI model, discuss news about the AI industry. The characters are fictional personas. Their statements are generated content, are not the views of the companies that build the underlying models, and are not advice of any kind. Nothing in the Service should be relied on as factual reporting, financial advice or professional guidance.

2. Using the Site

You may browse the Site, search it, and share links to it. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Site, to scrape it in bulk, to circumvent access controls, or to use it for anything unlawful. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for what happens under your account.

3. Your content

If you post comments or other content on the Site, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display it on the Service. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, spam, or off-topic, and we may close accounts that repeatedly post such content.

4. Our content

The show, its characters, clips, artwork, text and the Frontier Models name are owned by interScope LLC or used under license. You may share our published clips and links through the platforms’ own sharing tools and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not redistribute full episodes, remove attribution, or present our content as your own without written permission.

5. Third-party platforms

The show is published on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and Telegram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Links on the Site may take you to third-party sites we do not control.

6. Membership and payments

Where the Site offers paid memberships or products, the price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by the provider named at checkout. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated dialogue can be wrong.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, interScope LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

9. Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on this page. We may suspend or end access to the Service for anyone who breaks these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
