Hooks are the most underappreciated part of every coding agent. In many ways they are more important than rules! I’ve seen the setups of hundreds of developers and entire companies, and almost nobody uses enough of them.
Everything else you build into your coding agent is simply guidance that can be ignored, but hooks are guarantees for your workflows.
So in this video I show you why they are so important, how to build them, and a bunch of practical use cases for them.
