BMAD’s Founder on the Future of AI Coding (And the Slop Apocalypse)

More

Descriptions:

There’s a slop apocalypse coming, and it’s not broken AI generated code crashing everything in production. It’s the quiet kind: comments drift out of sync with what the code actually does, nobody goes back and refactors what the agent wrote, and over time that’s what makes the coding agent slower and more expensive to work with (the real failure mode).

That’s Brian Madison’s read on where AI coding is headed, and a couple days ago I sat down with him to dig into it – why “human on the loop” beats full automation, what’s coming in BMAD v7, and how his framework and my own landed on almost the same philosophy independently. You don’t need to use BMAD for this one to be well worth your time!
