These are all the skills I use to drive my entire development process with coding agents like Claude Code and Codex. This is the actual folder I work out of, on real codebases and in the enterprise training I do.
These skills help you decide what to build + how to build it, cutting PRDs into tickets, planning, building, validating, and code reviewing. I cover how these skills create my full development process in this video too!
They are minimalistic on purpose. Drop them into a project you already have, start from zero with them, or install nothing and just take the ideas.
